  1. Pay your annual dues online  in the Membership or Store section of this website.

  2. Complete the Youth Application Form.

  3. Complete the Medical Form (Parts A&B).

  4. Print and Sign Each

  5. Email both to Pack Committee Secretary Jennifer Champion at secretary229@achampion.net

  6. Pay your annual dues in the  "STORE" section of this website.

ADULT APPLICATION

  1. Complete the Adult Application.

  2. Print it and sign it. 

  3. Email it to Pack Committee Secretary Julie Losinski at jslosinski@yahoo.com

  4. Complete your YPT (Youth Protection Training), your application cannot be processed without the completion of your YPT.
